By installing or using Smart Courier (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About the App

Smart Courier is a Shopify application that allows merchants to book courier shipments for their Shopify orders using the Karachi Courier service.

2. Eligibility

You must have an active Shopify store and a valid Karachi Courier merchant account with an API key to use this App.

3. Your Responsibilities

Keep your Courier API Key confidential and do not share it.
Ensure your customers' shipping information is accurate before booking.
Comply with all applicable laws and Shopify's Terms of Service.
You are responsible for any charges incurred through your courier account.

4. Our Responsibilities

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the App available and functional.
We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will notify you of any material changes to the App or these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Smart Courier is provided "as is". We are not liable for any lost shipments, incorrect bookings, courier delays, or losses arising from use of the App. Your courier relationship is directly with Karachi Courier.

6. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify admin. We reserve the right to suspend access if these Terms are violated.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
